Software can be installed either separately or as an add on module to
the Main School / College Software.

Software has got "Copy" facilities to transfer data from one month to
another month. In case if the software is loaded as a separate module, only corrections need to be made in the respective month. This helps in
avoiding repetition of data entry each month.

In case software is loaded as an add-on to main school software, PF and
Salary data can be transferred automatically from the salary package.

Once data is loaded for the whole year, all PF related reports like F3A,
F6A etc. can be taken automatically using the software.

Submission of annual data to PF authorities can be done either through
printed reports.

Software has the facility to transfer annual data to PF authorities in
database form also.

Software helps in simplifying administrative work to a great extent
particularly in a large employee institution.
